1. Acceptance of terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the solar and electrical services provided by Triox Power Electrical Solutions ("Triox Power", "we", "us"). By using our website or accepting a quote from us, you agree to these terms. Your signed quote or contract may contain additional terms. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes priority.
2. Our services
We design, supply, install, commission and maintain on-grid, off-grid and hybrid solar power systems, and carry out related electrical work, for homes and businesses in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The exact scope of work, equipment and brands for your project are set out in your quote.
3. Quotes & pricing
- Quotes are based on information available at the time, including a site inspection where one has been done.
- Quotes are valid for [30 days] from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Prices include GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- If the site needs work not covered in the quote, such as roof repairs, structural strengthening, extra cabling or meter changes required by the electricity board, we will tell you and agree the cost with you before doing it.
4. Payment
Payment is due as set out in your quote, typically [an advance on order confirmation, a payment on material delivery, and the balance on installation]. Equipment remains the property of Triox Power until it has been paid for in full. We may pause work if a payment is overdue.
5. Subsidy & approvals
- We help eligible customers apply for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana subsidy and for net-metering approval from their electricity board.
- Subsidy eligibility, amounts and timelines are set by the government and can change. Approval and payment of the subsidy are decided by the government and the electricity board, not by Triox Power. Unless your quote says otherwise, the subsidy is paid directly to your bank account and you remain responsible for the full system price.
- Net-metering timelines depend on the electricity board. We are not responsible for delays caused by the board or government portals.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the documents needed for approvals and subsidy applications.
- Make sure you own the property or have permission from the owner, housing society or landlord for the installation.
- Provide safe access to the roof and site during agreed working hours.
- Tell us about any known roof leaks, structural issues or electrical faults before installation.
- After handover, keep the panels clean, follow the operating guidance we give you, and do not let anyone other than Triox Power or an authorised technician modify the system during the warranty period.
7. Installation & timelines
We will agree an installation date with you. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, including the monsoon, material availability, site conditions and approvals. We will keep you informed of any delay. Installation is complete when the system has been commissioned and handed over to you.
8. Warranties
- Equipment. Solar panels, inverters, batteries and other equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty, as stated in your quote and the product documents. We will help you make warranty claims with the manufacturer.
- Workmanship. We warrant our installation work for [5 years] from commissioning.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised changes or repairs, natural disasters, lightning, fire, theft, pests, or failure to follow maintenance guidance.
9. Savings estimates
Any savings, generation or payback figures we provide, on this website or in a quote, are estimates. Actual results depend on weather, shading, panel cleanliness, your electricity use, tariffs and electricity board rules, and are not guaranteed.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel your order in writing before materials are dispatched. We may deduct reasonable costs already incurred, such as design work, application fees and non-returnable materials, from any refund. Once installation has started, the order cannot be cancelled except as agreed in writing.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Triox Power is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of savings, income or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
